Wine Advocate 90 points - The 2012 Chardonnay is raised in Burgundy barrels. It has an orthodox, creamy, slightly buttery bouquet that does not own the energy of the unoaked version, but is nicely controlled. The palate is nicely balanced with a rounded, marmalade tinged opening, plenty of lime zest and apricot fruit and the oak remaining well-behaved and out of the limelight on the finish. This is well-crafted. Drink now-2017. (Oct 2013)

Aromas of freshly cut Fuji and Granny Smith apples, stone fruits and white flowers lead to vibrant minerality and bright fruit flavors. The creamy mid-palate is framed by well-integrated French oak and lively acidity that carry through to a refreshingly long finish.
