Colour: Intense Deep purple colour with ruby red tints. Nose: At first spices and blackberry, the second nose develops Underwood and cocoa aromas finishing on toasted oak notes.
Palate: Full bodied rich and mellow with velvety tannins. Complex flavours on the middle palate, liquorice flavours on the finish. Long lasting.. Cellaring: If kept in good conditions (15° C and bottle laying down) this wine will age perfectly for the next 5 years.

A briary red, with touches of licorice to the dried berry, roasted plum and savory herbal flavors. Shows hints of mushroom on the long, well spiced finish, complemented with paprika and French roast notes.
Best served at 17° C. Will go well with meat pies, game and grilled red meat, beef stews, Medium flavour and hard cheeses.
