This is a serious wine with authentic Provençal flavors of dry fruits and notes of roasted earth and spicy herbs. The CDRV Rasteau is a blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, &10% Mourvèdre. The vines range between 30 and 60 years in age. Fruit is harvested very late – sûr maturité, as is traditional, this cuvée is all tank made – with no destemming • This wine is bottled unfiltered.
