Ultimate Beverage Challenge 95 points - (Great Value,Tried & True Award)- Straw yellow appearance. Nose is vibrant with light peat, malted milk, breakfast cereal, seaweed, salted fish, pearl onion scents. Flavor offers a banquet of maritime treats, from sea air to salt, in addition to bakery tastes of bread dough, yeast. Classic island malt CV. (Mar 2015)
Wine Enthusiast 90 points - The nosing passes find lightly toasted malt notes along with wood, sawdust, distant mint, and light caramel—not the most expressive Highland Park bouquet. The palate entry highlights the maltiness; at midpalate the taste becomes sweeter and honey like complementing the grain/malt base. Finishes assertively with the spirit underlining the honeyed sweetness.

Highland Park 15 Year Old has a remarkably complex nose with notes of camphor, peat and citrus fruits and flowers. The drying sensation on the finish leaves a rich smoky feeling and the immediate desire to refill your glass.
