Wine Advocate 87 points - The 2011 Zinfandel Sonoma is a successful effort in what is generally a lousy vintage for Zinfandel. Spicy with abundant red currant and red cherry fruit, underbrush and spice box, it exhibits good richness, medium body and excellent ripeness in this challenging year. Drink it over the next 3-4 years. (Dec 2013)

Lush nose of sweet raspberries and black pepper with hints of mint and oak. The palate is full-bodied with rich berry flavors and hints of black pepper. Perfect for rich red meats.
