Ultimate Beverage Challenge 94 points - (Great Value,Tried & True Award)- Dry, restrained nose with some herbs and a hint of orange peel. Rich, with plenty of corn sweetness and impressively long, rich flavors. The tannins and spice on the finish cleanse the sweetness from the palate. (Mar 2015)
Wine Enthusiast 90 points - An intensely grainy bouquet. The palate entry is corny sweet and nearly honey-like; at midpalate the core flavor of sweet corn mash remains while tastes of buttered popcorn, brown sugar, and nougat expand. Finishes with a spurt of fire and lots of long, corny/grainy tastes. Should be part of every serious whiskey-lover’s collection.

Russet color with a rich, oaky aroma. Dry, clean flavor is mellow and smooth. 90 proof Kentucky bourbon with hints of vanilla and honey and a long smoky finish. The most unusual aspect of its production is the 10 different strains of yeast used, each producing a slightly different tasting whiskey. After aging for 6 to 8 years in white oak barrels, these whiskies are blended together to create the distinctive flavor profile of this 90 proof bourbon.
