Tasting: Round and smooth with sweet, spicy, toasted wood notes. Dry yet smooth finish with a longering crispness from the pot still.
Stone fruits, honeysuckle, white flowers and some citrus characterize the nose. Baked cherries and marmalade find their way onto the palate accompanied by almond toffee. On the finish, the baked cherries remain then give way to brown sugar. (Mar 2013)

A mellow pot still whiskey with toasted wood and sherry undertones. Its taste is distinctively smooth and sweet with mild woody and nutty notes with an incredibly smooth finish.
