Medium-bodied. Reminiscent of citrus, dried herbs, honey. Round, bold texture. Fairly assertive in style, displaying aromatics and lighter fruit notes. Good intensity in the finish. Produced at the George Dickel Cascade Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee, the acclaimed George Dickel No. 12 is distilled from corn, barley and rye and limestone water from the Cascade Springs. The 90-proof whisky is aged for 10 years and chilled prior to mellowing in charcoal.
